Per the formula used by the Byrne Grant, $52,814.00 could be made available to the <br /> Police Department for use on specific technology initiatives designed to enhance the <br /> Department's policing services. There are no matching funds required by the Justice Assistance <br /> Grant, and there would be a four-year time line within which to expend the funds. Attached is a <br /> copy of the FY 2006 Local Solicitation document.
