The agreement established an exclusive negotiation period during which <br /> the City was to negotiate exclusively with OM with respect to the possible acquisition and development of <br /> the Riverfront Property. OM has requested the agreement be extended to May 31, 2006, to allow additional <br /> time to further negotiate the possible acquisition and development of the Riverfront Property.
