Also required to be removed from the inside of the property was garbage,rubbish, and litter at least 12 inches deep which obscured the floor. The abatement cost was unpaid so a lien against the property was filed. During the summer, conditions on the outside of the property were not maintained as blackberries and other vegetation grew and again created a nuisance. Through the authority of the March 31, 2005 Hearing Examiner's Order and the April 4, 2005 authorization for the City to enter the property and abate the nuisances, and specifically authorizing Service Master to do the work, the Community Prosecutor's office requested abatement of the ongoing nuisance. The total amount of abatement costs is $1885.30, which payment shall be made to the City of Everett, Treasurer's Office, at 2930 Wetmore Suite 100, Everett Washington, 98201. We ask for your immediate attention to this obligation. If payment in full is not made by January 31, 2005 collection action will be taken in the form of assessing a lien against your property.
