Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc releasing the <br /> retainage bond in the amount of $985,701.09 plus Washington State Sales Tax <br /> ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually) <br /> (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 with Berger/ABAM Engineers, to provide <br /> additional engineering services for the design and rehabilitation of the "Panther Creek <br /> Screen House Phase 2 Project" for an additional cost of $67,186. <br /> (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 with CH2M Hill, Inc. to provide <br /> Comprehensive Sewer Plan services for the City of Everett <br /> (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Local Participating Agency Agreement (GCA 4785) with the <br /> Washington State Department of Transportation for the relocation of a 30 inch sanitary <br /> sewer force main and construction of a 36 inch sanitary sewer force main in the 36th St. <br /> near I-5 in the amount of $417,315.92 <br /> (6) Adopt Resolution No. regarding the current list of Snohomish Subarea candidate <br /> projects for inclusion in a potential Sound Transit Phase Two Program <br /> (7) Ratify a Services Agreement with PROS Consulting, LLC, for assistance in developing a <br /> strategic plan for the Parks and Recreation Department <br /> AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE <br />
