5 <br /> CITY OF EVERETT,WASHINGTON <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> 112th Street SE Improvements - 3rd Ave. SE to I-5 (Phase 2) <br /> Work Orders PW 2440 & UP 3229 <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk at the City Clerk's <br /> Office, 1st Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m., on <br /> Tuesday, for the construction of approximately 2300 linear feet of urban arterial <br /> roadway improvements, including associated storm drainage, signalization, illumination, and water <br /> main improvements, described more completely in the specifications and contract documents, entitled <br /> "City of Everett, Washington, Specifications for "112th Street SE Improvements — 31.d Ave. SE to I-5 <br /> (Phase 2)," and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud. The engineer's estimate for this <br /> project is $3,363,000.00. <br /> Plans, specifications, addenda, and plan holders list for this project may be viewed or ordered on- <br /> line from Builder's Exchange at http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa toc/public/everett.html. The City of <br /> Everett strongly encourages contractors to register for the bidder's list kept at Builder's Exchange of <br /> Washington, Inc. No <br /> bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof.
