RESOLUTION NO. 5093 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing a fee to be assessed <br /> Agencies contracting with the City for animal shelter services <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been asked to provide animal shelter <br /> services for Snohomish County and Snohomish County cities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is agreeable to providing such services on terms <br /> agreeable to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has determined that the cost to provide such <br /> services amounts to $60.00 per animal; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett wishes to recover the cost of providing this <br /> service; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT as follows: <br /> The fee assessed agencies for use of the City of Everett's animal shelter <br /> services is hereby established at Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per animal.
