/r(*y/M <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5092 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of the Northerly <br /> East/West alley located in Block 631, Plat of Everett, Division "I" <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the alley, <br /> described as follows: <br /> All that portion of Block 631, Plat of Everett, Division "I", according to the plat <br /> thereof, recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, Page 11, records of Snohomish County, <br /> Washington; described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 1 of said block; THENCE, East <br /> along the South lines of Lots 1 through 11, inclusive, to the Southeast corner of <br /> said Lot 11; THENCE, South along the Southerly projected East line of said Lot <br /> 11 to the Northeast corner of Lot 32 of said Block 631; THENCE, West along the <br /> North line of Lots 32 and 12, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 12 of said block; <br /> THENCE, North along the Northerly projected West line of said Lot 12 to the <br /> Southwest corner of Lot 1, and the POINT OF BEGINNING <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for September 26th, 2001 at 8:30A.M. in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as <br /> herein described. <br /> i <br /> Councilmember Intro• icing 'e t tion <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of August. 2001. <br /> ounci President <br /> kt:vac 1 b.doc <br />
