Section 2: Modification of Zone Regulation. <br /> That in accordance with the Development Agreement provided in Section"B", that the <br /> following conditions shall be applied to the B-2 Zone use of this property as follows: <br /> Permitted Use: <br /> a) The business use and existing business parking portions of the property shall <br /> henceforth be regulated under the B-2 Zone. <br /> b) The residential use and that portion of the property historically associated with it <br /> shall remain as an"overlay" of the B-2 zone so that R-2 Zone regulations shall continue <br /> to regulate its use. This condition shall be identified on the Zone map of the City of <br /> Everett. <br /> Section 3: Development Agreement. <br /> That the rezone actions, as described herein, shall be implemented through the execution <br /> of the Development Agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit"B", and incorporated <br /> herein by reference.
