RESOLUTION NO. 5074 A RESOLUTION segregating certain Local Improvement Assessments for LID No. 732-A. WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0022 and 0024 in LID No. 732-A to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0022 and 0024 into assessments conforming with the present ownership configuration of said properties; and, WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; and, WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating assessments on a tract of land in an LID into subdivided parcels; and, WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0022 and 0024 into the separate parcels conforming to the current ownership thereof; and, WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. 732-A. Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied. Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation.
