RESOLUTION NO. 5072 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> Washington, Amending Resolution No. 5062, and <br /> fixing a time and place for hearing on the final <br /> assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. <br /> 737, and directing that notice thereof be given in the <br /> manner required by law. <br /> WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 737, which <br /> was created and established by Ordinance No. 2426-99 passed by the City Council on <br /> December 8, 1999,has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City <br /> Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for a hearing thereon before the City Council; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5062 on June 20, 2001, <br /> establishing July 11, 2001 as the date for the public hearing on the final assessment roll <br /> for Local Improvement District No. 737; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to reschedule the public hearing. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT, Resolution No. 5062 is hereby amended as set forth herein. The public <br /> hearing on the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 737 will be held <br /> before the City Council at 8:30 a.m., local time, in the Council Chambers in the City <br /> Hall, 3002 Wetmore Avenue, Everett, Washington on July 25, 2001.
