: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5070 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the declaration of <br /> City owned property located west of SR 527/19th Avenue SE and <br /> south of 124th Street SE as surplus <br /> WHEREAS, review of the property described in Exhibit "A" has been completed by all <br /> City Departments and has received approval of the Mayor; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council finds and determines that the real property located <br /> west of SR 527/19th Avenue SE and south of 124th Street SE in the City of Everett <br /> described in Exhibit "A" is not and will not be needed for City purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council finds that the City has complied with the <br /> requirements of Section 15.8 of the City Charter and requirements of Resolution # 1984; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT as follows: <br /> The real property described in Exhibit "A" is not and will not be needed for City purposes <br /> and is, therefore, declared to be surplus property. <br /> , <br /> Councilperson Intro.ucing Re-Orion <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 5th day of July 2001. <br /> (-2/2411-jr,,,kr?' <br /> Council President" <br />
