Oeb/ I VETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5065 <br /> A RESOLUTION surplusing timber and authorizing the City Clerk to begin <br /> advertising the Donkey Damper Timber Sale#124-5 and call for bids for this <br /> timber sale, as required in Ordinance No. 1741-90. <br /> WHEREAS, under the FERC license for stage two of the Henry M. Jackson Project, the co- <br /> licensees were required to develop a Wildlife Habitat Management Plan(W.H.M.P.); and <br /> WHEREAS, the required W.H.M.P. was completed and approved by the City on September 30, <br /> 1987; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1741-90 establishing the procedures for selling timber was <br /> approved on October 10, 1990; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that the timber in the Donkey Damper Timber Sale #124-5 as described in the <br /> Notice of Timber Sale is declared surplus and the City Clerk is authorized to advertise a call for <br /> bids on the Donkey Damper Timber Sale#124-5 as required in Ordinance No. 1741-90. <br /> _ .moill.710e4‘ 41011 11°W-4411IP <br /> Coin troducing Resolu '•n <br /> Passed and Approved this 27thday of June , 2001 <br /> Council President <br /> S:\TMoen\DonkeyDamper.doc 1 <br />
