RESOLUTION NO. 5052 A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of the alley loc. in Block 8, Plat of Queen Anne Addition to Everett WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the alley, described as follows: All that portion of Block 8, Plat of Queen Anne Addition to Everett, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 42, records of Snohomish County, Washington; described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 7 of said block and plat; THENCE, West along the South lines of Lots 7 through 12, inclusive, of said block to the Southwest corner of said Lot 12; THENCE, South along the Southerly projected West line of said Lot 12 to the Northwest corner of Lot 13 of said block; THENCE, East along the North lines of Lots 13 through 18, inclusive, of said Block 8, to the Northeast corner of said Lot 18 of said block; THENCE, North along the Northerly projected East line of said Lot 18 to the Southeast corner of Lot 7 of said block, and the POINT of BEGINNING. and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for June 27,2001 at 8:30A.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein described.
