, m <br /> RESOLUTION NO 5041 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing application for 2001 <br /> Community Development Block Grant Funds and 2001 Action Plan to the <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett recognized the need for certain housing and community <br /> development programs in Everett; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds have been made available through the Department of Housing and Urban Development to <br /> provide for those programs and Everett is entitled to receive $960,000.00 in 2001; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Citizens Advisory Committee for Housing and Community Development has studied the housing <br /> and community development needs and priorities of Everett and has made its recommendations for 2001 <br /> Community Development Block Grant funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett has reviewed the recommendations of the above committee, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the 2001 Annual Action Plan has been put together in cooperation with the Everett Housing <br /> Authority and other non profit service providers; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT THAT: <br />
