RESOLUTION NO. 5021 A RESOLUTION segregating certain Local Improvement Assessments for LID No. 719. WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0002, 0004, 0073, 0077, 0103, 0104, 0110 and 0111 in LID No. 719 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0002, 0004, 0073, 0077, 0103, 0104, 0110 and 0111 into assessments conforming with the present ownership configuration of said properties; and, WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; and, WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels; and, WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0002, 0004, 0073, 0077, 0103, 0104, 0110 and 0111 into the separate parcels conforming to the current ownership thereof; and, WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. 719. Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied. Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation.
