00101P1111W <br /> 4010Vm."11 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5013 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the exchange/conveyance of <br /> approximately 40 acres of City owned surplus property <br /> located southwest of Lake Chaplain for 80 acres located <br /> within the Lake Chaplain tributary boundaries. <br /> WHEREAS, an exchange of City owned property consisting of approximately <br /> 40 acres located southwest of Lake Chaplain in Snohomish County which is <br /> legally described in Exhibit "A," for 80 acres currently owned by Trillium <br /> Corporation, which is legally described in Exhibit "B", has been tentatively <br /> negotiated; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City owned property is outside the tributary boundaries of <br /> Lake Chaplain; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Trillium Corporation property is within the tributary <br /> boundaries of Lake Chaplain; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Trillium Corporation property and the City owned property <br /> have the same appraised value; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council finds that the City has complied with <br /> the requirements of Section 15.8 of the City Charter and requirements of <br /> Resolution # 1984; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT as follows: <br /> The real property described in Exhibit "A" shall be exchanged/conveyed for <br /> the real property described Exhibit "B". <br /> !
