All rates shall be effective February 1, 2001, and January 1 of each subsequent year through 2005. Further,that the daily rate fee schedule shall increase in 2002 by the added amount of$1.00 for 18-hole rates and $.50 for 9-hole rates. In addition,the rates shall increase in 2003 to 2005 by the added amount of$.50 for 18-hole rates and$.25 for 9-hole rates for Residents and $1.00 for 18-hole rates and $.50 for 9-hole rates for Non- residents. Membership fees shall increase each year, 2002 through 2005, by the added amounts as follows: Type of Membership Legion Memorial Walter E. Hall Single $100 $65 Senior 50 25 Family 50 30 Resident Senior 5 5 Everett Schools Junior 5 5 Single, Senior and Family memberships shall only be available to residents of the City of Everett. Memberships purchased at Legion Memorial will entitle the purchaser to a 75% discount on daily fees at Walter E. Hall. Memberships purchased at Walter E. Hall will entitle the purchaser to a 75% discount on daily fees at Legion Memorial. Junior Resident and Junior Non-Resident Memberships shall only be available to students who have completed the Junior Golf Program. Junior Memberships will be effective for three months from the date they are purchased. The requirement to complete the Junior Golf Program prior to the purchase of a Junior Membership may be waived by the Parks Director upon recommendation of the Golf Pro or Program Instructors. Section 2: That there will be a Junior Golf Program in accordance with the following guidelines: 1) The program shall be available only to residents of the City of Everett or students enrolled in the Everett School District, or attending private school or 'Home School' within the boundaries of the Everett School District; ages ten (10)through eighteen(18); 2) Participation in the Junior Golf Program requires each participant to pay a Junior Golf Program Fee. The fee shall be established by the Everett Parks Department and the fee shall cover the cost of instructors and supplies; and 3) Upon completion of the program,the participant will be eligible to purchase a Junior Golf Program Membership Resident/Non-Resident Pass under the terms and conditions described in Section 1. Section 3: That this five year rate schedule is subject to annual Council review and adjustment to accommodate any change in circumstances that might arise during this time period. 7
