;7011FETT <br /> Resolution No. 4 9 9 3. <br /> A Resolution Adopting the 2000 Comprehensive Water Supply Plan <br /> WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Health requires that the City update <br /> their Comprehensive Water Supply Plan every six years; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the previous Comprehensive Water Supply Plan was approved in 1994; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City has prepared a 2000 Comprehensive Water Supply Plan in <br /> accordance with the Department of Health Guidelines; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan has been reviewed and approved for adoption by the Everett Water <br /> Utility Committee; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan has been reviewed and approved for adoption by the Everett <br /> Planning Commission; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the 2000 Comprehensive Water Supply Plan <br /> meets the needs of the City and the State; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> adopts the 2000 Comprehensive Water Supply Plan. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolu <br /> Passed and Approved thist,7 lday of Ledein r;2000. <br /> 094/6_,APP <br /> Counci �c esident / <br />
