• <br /> RESOLUTION# 49 2 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing Human Needs <br /> Priorities for 2001 <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of the Human Needs Advisory Committee is to determine <br /> annually the human needs in the City of Everett, to prioritize those needs, and to allocate <br /> moneys to most benefit those needs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Advisory Committee has determined that the <br /> following list of human needs will be funded in 2001 to qualified programs inside the City <br /> of Everett: <br /> 1. YOUTH <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services(i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Substance Abuse <br /> e) Pregnancy Prevention <br /> f) Abuse/Neglect <br /> g) Delinquency Prevention <br /> 2. ELDERLY <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services(i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 3. PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Employment Support <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Everett City Council endorses the Human Needs <br /> Advisory Committee's priority list for 2001 funding and encourages qualified agencies to <br /> submit their proposals. <br /> , <br /> Councilmember Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED the 2 8th day of June, 2000. <br /> Council esident <br />
