The Resolution built in three years of escalating rates with the last rate adjustment in March 2005. <br /> The Downtown Everett Association (DEA), Everett's garage management vendor, has recommended a rate <br /> adjustment to keep up with market rates in the area. The rates recommended are in concert with the Port <br /> Gardner (old Bon) Garage, a facility that closely resembles Everpark. DEA has also recommended adding a <br /> student category in an effort to attract students in the area. <br /> The rates would become effective April 1, 2006. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt Resolution establishing rates for <br /> public parking at Everpark Garage <br /> 26 <br />
