Amount Budgeted N/A Expenditure Required N/A Account Number(s): N/A Budget Remaining N/A Additional Required N/A DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: Mr. Joe Zlab applied for a comprehensive plan amendment and rezone in the 2004 docket cycle. The rezone was approved in July, 2005, subject to a development agreement. The development agreement included 2 building elevations to represent the quality of building that City Council expected on the subject property. The development agreement also requires any substantial changes to the building elevations to be reviewed again by the Planning Commission and City Council. A letter from Mr. Zlab explaining the reasons for the proposed changes is included in this packet. The Planning Commission reviewed the request on February 7, 2006. Following testimony by the Zlabs and the public, the Commission approved a resolution recommending that Council approve the proposed changes to the building elevations. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt resolution authorizing Mayor to execute an amendment to the Joe Zlab Rezone Development Agreement with revised building elevations for property located on the east side of the 2600 block of Rockefeller Avenue. 30
