WHEREAS, the City Council concludes: <br /> 1. The rezone is consistent with the Everett Comprehensive Plan; <br /> 2. The rezone bears a substantial relation to the public health, safety and welfare; <br /> 3. The rezone promotes the best long-term interests of the Everett Community <br /> 4. The rezone mitigates adverse impacts upon existing or anticipated land uses in <br /> the immediate vicinity through the development agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the <br /> Mayor to execute an amendment to the Joe Zlab Rezone Development Agreement <br /> approving revisions to the building elevations. <br /> COUNCILMEMBER INTRODUCING RESOLUTION <br /> Passed and Approved this day of , 2006 <br /> CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT <br /> 35 <br />
