8 <br /> Section 3. City Admission Tax Receipts Since January 1, 2006, To Be <br /> Remitted to Everett Public Facilities District. <br /> Any proceeds from the imposition of the City's Admission Tax <br /> collected by the District and held by the District shall be deemed <br /> collected by the District under its Admission tax resolution and becomes <br /> the proceeds of the District. Any proceeds of the City's admission tax <br /> remitted directly to the City since January 1, 2006 shall be paid over to <br /> the District's admission tax account. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date Retroactive to January 1, 2006. <br /> Because this Ordinance is remedial in nature and provides an <br /> exemption from a tax, its effective date shall be as of January 1, 2006. <br /> (Snow's Mobile Homes v.
