Amount Budgeted $0 $0 Expenditure Required $0 Account Number(s):N/A Budget Remaining $0 $0 Additional Required $0 $0 DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: A subdivision of 3 lots was approved by Snohomish County prior to being annexed into the City of Everett on October 1, 2005, which will allow for the construction of two (2) additional dwelling units. The County has continued to process this project through construction of improvements according to Snohomish County standards. The County has provided the City with a signed final plat map stating that all improvements were installed to County code. In accordance with the Interlocal Agreement with the County regarding the processing of permits/project for the annexed area, the City will final the plat and issue building permits for the new Lots 1 and 2. The two (2) additional single-family dwelling units will be required to comply with all City building and fire codes. The action before the Council is to provide final plat approval,which will require the Council President to sign the final plat map RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Approve the Plat of Silver Lake Estates Division II located at 2130 124th Street SE 14
