The Department collaborates with the Snohomish County Prosecutor's <br /> Office,Center for Battered Women and Providence Everett Sexual Assault Center to improve criminal justice and <br /> community response to violence against women in Snohomish County. <br /> The Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office will receive $29,177.00 of STOP grant monies for FY 2005. The City of <br /> Everett and Snohomish County entered into an Interlocal Agreement in 2002 which defined responsibilities and <br /> obligations of the parties. Amendment No.4 to the 2002 Interlocal sets the term of the Agreement to cover the FY <br /> 2005 grant period, changes some of the services to be provided, sets 2005 reporting dates,and sets 2005 <br /> reimbursement guidelines. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the Interlocal Agreement of 2/13/02 with Snohomish <br /> County regarding the STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant program. <br /> 20 <br /> S-PCORNISW WORD:CouncilAgenda:Agenda Coversheet-Proc-2-14-05 <br />
