The Department collaborates with the Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office,Center for Battered Women and Providence Everett Sexual Assault Center to improve criminal justice and community response to violence against women in Snohomish County. The Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office will receive $29,177.00 of STOP grant monies for FY 2005. The City of Everett and Snohomish County entered into an Interlocal Agreement in 2002 which defined responsibilities and obligations of the parties. Amendment No.4 to the 2002 Interlocal sets the term of the Agreement to cover the FY 2005 grant period, changes some of the services to be provided, sets 2005 reporting dates,and sets 2005 reimbursement guidelines.
