7 <br /> AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: <br /> Jim Rucci <br /> Prosecuting Attorney's Office <br /> 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, MS 504 <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 4 <br /> TO <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF EVERETT AND SNOHOMISH COUNTY <br /> REGARDING STOP GRANT#2001-WF-BX-0003 /#F02-30302-036 / <br /> #F03-30303-092/#F04-30304-092/#F05-31103-063 <br /> This AMENDMENT NO. 4 is made by and between the CITY OF EVERETT, a <br /> municipal corporation, and SNOHOMISH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Washington. In consideration of the mutual promises set forth below, the parties mutually <br /> agree that the Interlocal Agreement Regarding Stop Grant#2001-WF-BX-0003 (revised <br /> #F02-30302-036, #F03-30303-092, #F04-30304-092 and #F05-31103-063), executed on <br /> February 13, 2002, be amended as follows: <br /> 1. Section 3, Term. This Agreement shall be extended for an additional one-year <br /> term, effective from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. <br /> 2. Section 6.2, Reporting. The following sentence is added to Section 6.2: <br /> The schedule for submitting reports for the 2005-2006 term is: January 13, <br /> 2006; and a final report due on October 13, 2006. <br /> 3. Section 6.3, Grant Match. The text in section 6.3 shall be deleted in its <br /> entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> The County shall provide the following local cash matches, calculated at <br /> approximately 33.3%, as partial payment of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney <br /> salary and benefits: <br /> For 2001-2002: $13,203 <br /> For 2002-2003: $13,418 <br /> For 2003-2004: $11,699 <br /> For 2004-2005: $11,222 <br /> For 2005-2006: $10,228 <br /> Amendment No. 4 to Interlocal <br /> Agreement Regarding Stop Grant Page 1 <br /> o <br /> V til <br />
