The Department collaborates with the Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office, Center for Battered Women and Providence Everett Sexual Assault Center to improve criminal justice and community response to violence against women in Snohomish County. Providence Everett Sexual Assault Center will receive $14,588.50 of STOP grant monies for FY 2005. The City of Everett and Providence Everett Sexual Assault Center entered into an Agreement in 2002 which defined responsibilities and obligations of the parties. The FY 2005 Agreement is essentially the same as the FY 2002 Agreement,but sets the term of the Agreement to cover the FY 2005 grant period, changes some of the services to be provided, sets 2005 reporting dates, and sets 2005 reimbursement guidelines.
