8 <br /> 6. Duties of the Contractor. <br /> 6.1 Services. The Contractor will serve as a Victims Services <br /> subcontractor throughout the STOP Grant project. The Contractor <br /> shall maintain a Group Outreach Manager position for at least a .12 <br /> FTE, a Group Facilitator for at least a .15 FTE, a Group Facilitator <br /> for at least a .5 FTE, an Advocate/Grant Coordinator for at least a <br /> .06 FTE, conduct one or more co-facilitated support groups in <br /> collaboration with the Center for Battered Women, and conduct two <br /> open drop-in support groups for adult women at Snohomish County <br /> Corrections. The Contractor shall work in cooperation with the City <br /> and the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in <br /> carrying out it's responsibilities under STOP GRANT No. 2002-WF- <br /> BX-0022 and 2003-WF-BX-0203. <br /> 6.2 Reporting. The Contractor shall report on a form provided by <br /> or approved by the City which describes work undertaken since the <br /> previous reporting period and indicates the progress made on the <br /> work program described in paragraph 6.1 above. The schedule for <br /> submitting reports is: January 13, 2006 and October 13, 2006. <br /> 6.3 Acknowledgment of Federal Funds. The Contractor agrees <br /> that any publications (written, visual or sound) but excluding press <br /> releases, newsletters and issue analyses, issued by the County <br /> describing programs or projects funded in whole or in part with <br /> funds under this Agreement shall contain the following statements: <br /> This project was supported by Grant No. 2002-WF-BX-0022 <br /> and 2003-WF-BX-0203 awarded by the Violence Against <br /> Women Grants Office, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. <br /> Department of Justice. Points of view in this document are <br /> those of the author and do not necessarily represent the official <br /> position or policies of the U.S. Department of Justice. Grant <br /> funds are administered by the Office of Crime Victims <br /> Advocacy, Washington State Office of Community <br /> Development. <br /> 7. Duties of the City. The City shall reimburse the Contractor for costs <br /> incurred during the contract period in an amount not to exceed <br /> $14,588.50, and in accordance with the reimbursement provisions <br /> below. <br /> 8. Reimbursement Provisions. <br /> 8.1 Funds will be disbursed on a reimbursement basis to the <br /> Contractor for the costs incurred for work performed during the <br /> reporting period. <br /> Page 2 <br /> 47 <br />
