The water passes under a culvert of the road <br />and spillways across to the adjacent property. <br />A few weeks ago Sanford Wright, contractor, disturbed this <br />exit, diverting the water now to our property and the recent <br />heavy rains have caused a certain amount of erosion, under— <br />mining our shrubbery and cutting away at the bank. -From <br />past experience, we find that a water condition such as this <br />can cause quite extensive damage and become very costly. <br />Our letter is, therefore, directed with this intent <br />that we must look to whoever is responsible to keep the water <br />from our property and from tearing down our bank.
