Lassey of GEO Group Northwest, Inc., conducted a site reconnaissance at 1030 North <br />Park Drive, Everett, Washington, on October 22, 2007. Based on our discussions and review of <br />the plans provided, a new larger one-story garage is proposed to replace the existing small <br />garage. <br />Site Description <br />The subject lot is located southwest of downtown Everett between Forest Park and Howarth Park <br />on the bluff overlooking Possession Sound. The Burlington Northern Railroad right-o: way is <br />located at the base of the bluff. At the subject site the bluff is approximately 160 feet tall, from <br />elevation 20 feet to elevation 180 feet, and slopes at a gradient of approximately 70 percent, <br />based on the topographic site plan provided. The existing house and garage are located on the <br />relative flat area above the top of the slope. The existing garage is located approximately 26 feet <br />from the top of the slope (northwest comer), based on tield measurements. <br />Project Description <br />Based on our discussions and review of the plans provided, a new larger one-story garage is <br />proposed to replace the existing small garage.
