The easement is over and across a tract of lar.d situated in the County of <br /> Snohomish, State of WBshington, and the easement is described as :allovs: <br /> See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> This easement is granted subject to and conditioned upon the folloving terms, <br /> conditions and covenants: <br /> 1. Grantor shall at all times conduct ics activities and all other <br /> activities conducted on Grantor's property so as not to ineerfere with, <br /> obstruct ar endanger the usefulness of ar.y imp <br /> rovements, or other facilities, i <br /> nov or hereafter maintained upan the ease�Ex.t; � or in any way interfere with, <br /> obstruct or endanger the City'� use of the easement. <br /> 2. Prior to any construction, work or any other activity by Grantor on <br /> the easement, a notification and plans for the same shall be s��mitted in <br /> wziting to the City by Contracto: and no such construction, wozk os activity 1 <br /> by Grantor shall be commenced without City's prior written agreement that the <br /> Grantor'e proposed construction, work or activity will not inter£ere vith the <br /> City's easement granted herein; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, any changes or zevisions in <br /> • the plans shall also be sub3ect to City's prior agreement.
