5 <br /> a. Dragging the infield and raking around the bases <br /> b. Watering the infield <br /> c. Chalking lines and boxes <br /> d. Resetting bases and plates <br /> e. Adding PlayBall or Diamond Dry and removing water <br /> 3. NSA's Tournament Director must work with the City to schedule maintenance <br /> breaks throughout the day. <br /> 4. NSA shall not allow any players on any field while the City prepares or maintains <br /> the field. The Tournament Director is responsible for assisting field maintenance <br /> personnel if a problem arises with a team during the Tournament. <br /> 5. The City will prepare and maintain facilities at the fields. Preparation and <br /> maintenance of facilities may include: <br /> a. Clean rest rooms as needed <br /> b. Empty garbage cans when full or as needed <br /> c. Pick up litter and trash around grounds as needed <br /> C. FENCING <br /> The City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department will provide all the portable <br /> fencing necessary to modify the Kasch Park 1-4 fields. <br /> 4. BANNERS AND SIGNS <br /> A. NSA and participating teams may install Tournament and sponsor banners on <br /> outfield fences, in accordance with sign ordinance referenced in City Municipal Code. <br /> The City reserves the right to approve such banners, which approval shall not be <br /> unreasonably withheld. <br /> B. The number of banners is limited as follows: <br /> 1. Kasch Park cloverleaf entrance fence: 2 banners <br /> 2. Kasch Park cloverleaf building: 4 banners <br /> 3. Kasch Park fields: 2 banners per field <br /> 4. Kasch Park dug-outs 1 banner per dug-out <br /> 5. Phil Johnson Ballfields: 2 banners per field <br /> C. Banners must be fixed to areas where they do not block vision for the spectators, <br /> create a hazard, or detract from the Park. Park staff will remove banners the City <br /> reasonably deems inappropriate after consulting with the Tournament Director. Please <br /> remember these are family parks. Banners must be removed at the end of the <br /> Tournament. <br /> 1. 0 <br />
