The project has conflicts with the current combined sewer overflow pipes <br /> located at this site(Puget Sound Outfall 1 and Puget Sound Outfall 2). The Port has requested that one of the <br /> outfalls be eliminated and the other be relocated. The Professional Services Agreement with HDR <br /> Engineering is for a hydraulic evaluation to determine the feasibility of eliminating an outfall and for <br /> revisions to the CSO Control Facility Plan for Department of Ecology approval. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering for a hydraulic <br /> evaluation of Puget Sound Outfalls 1 and 2 and combined sewer overflow control facility plan amendment <br /> for$35,643. <br /> 17 <br />
