Hi Margaret, As I explained [o you on the phone, I started building this deck without a permit or plans. And since the City of Everett required me to get such permits, plans and an engineering stamp on them, that fook a lot of money that I didn't have. And as humbling it is to say, with the price of gas and everything else going up I have not had the funds to finish the project. If there is a way that I could ask for a extension on the permits I would be so ihankful. Also like I told you on the phone if your dept. would like to come and see what is here, please feel free..
