The
funds from this grant are being used to establish design guidelines for development that will
support pedestrian and transit-oriented use of Broadway Avenue. In 2005, demands on staff to
complete the 10-year update of the Comprehensive Plan did not allow work on the Broadway
Avenue design guidelines. This project is still on the work program and was identified as a priority
by the Mayor's Vision Team and is on our work program for 2006.This request will carry forward
the remaining $15,814 to complete this work.
Increase Beginning Fund Balance 002 3080000000 15,814
Increase Professional Services Expense 021 5010433410 15,814
12
ATTACHMENT A
Tally 2006.xls 3/21/2006
