Your plans for the house had already been developed. <br /> You thought that added studies should be performed due to likely soil <br /> problems. <br /> Our investigation consisted in digging an exploratory hole at each <br /> corner of the house and probing uLth a bar for solid foundation. We <br /> found approximately s1x feet of uneonsolidated fill on this site. f�,�r <br /> suggested design contemplates extending the proposed Coundation Walls � <br /> to solid bearing. Select fill material is to be provided to bring � <br /> this area to grade Snside of the footing walls. An additional grade � <br /> beam and structural slab is contemplated for the garage area.
