BACKGROUND <br /> 1'he elope failure occiured on your pmperiy on January 1,1997,and was observed by <br /> jim johnaon,Senior Geologist with Golder,during a site visit on May 7,1997. The <br /> purpose of this site visit was to discuss the project appmach with you and to preparn a <br /> proposal and smpe of work <br /> Z. SITE DESCRIPfION <br /> Your house is located in a msidential neighborhood outside of Evemtt,Washington,as <br /> seen on Figure 1,Site Vicinity Map. The neighborhood is located on an upland ridge <br /> east of I-5 overlooking the Snohomish River Valley to the east. Your house is situated <br /> with the backyard located on the east side of the lot,facing the Snohomish River Valley. <br /> J your house is a single-story wood-frame structure with a daylight basement. There is a <br /> concrete patio off the daylight basement on the east side of the house and a wood deck <br /> _ overhead off the entry level of the house.
