RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): To approve the closure of Colby, Pacific to Everett Avenue; Hewitt, Rucker to Broadway; Wetmore, Wall to Hewitt; Hoyt, Pacific to Wall; Wall, Hoyt to Wetmore; and California, Hoyt to Wetmore, on May 28, 2006, May 27, 2007, and May 25, 2008, 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., for a Cruizin to Colby Controlled Cruise with the condition that there be three off-duty police officers to assist with traffic control and that Wetmore remain open for Transit buses.
