EVERETT CITY COUNCIL PRELIMINARY AGENDA 6:30 P.M., WEDNESDAY, MAY 17, 2006 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: May 3, 2006 Mayor's Comments Council City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,052,925.15 for the period of April 29, 2006 through May 5, 2006 (2) Adopt Resolution # authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,832,202.15 for the period ending April 29, 2006 ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually) (3) Award Bid 2006-836 for two (2) new replacement Boom Mowers, to Brim Tractor Company in the amount of $74,736.00 including Washington State Sales Tax (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Brown & Caldwell to perform additional engineering services to design the new disinfection facility and provide assistance during bidding and construction activities in the amount of $116,070 (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) airborne imagery data for enhancement of the of City of Everett GIS mapping system at a cost of $18,000 (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Year 2006 Public Works Trust Fund Construction Loan Contract-Everett Water Pollution Control Facility Improvements (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with MWH Americas, Inc. to develop alternative design for Phase 6 of the Replacement of Water Transmission Lines 2 & 3 in the amount of $740,269 (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 1 to the Residuals Sales Agreement with Series Seven Inc.
