Project Management <br /> *Task modified from original scope to include architectural design. <br /> **New task added for construction phase. <br /> The additional budget is based on one of the following scope changes. <br /> 1. 10%construction cost fee basis: The original budget was based on 10%of a Year 2003 <br /> construction cost estimate. The design effort was begun in 2004 and the facility described in the <br /> original Scope of Work is more extensive and includes more features than that upon which the <br /> 2003 cost estimate was based. <br /> a. Building foundation determined to require driven steel H-piles. <br /> b. Architectural features were defined to match those of the adjacent FWPS building. <br /> c. Metering system was changed to liquid V-notch feeders which require additional <br /> hydraulic design for the injectors. <br /> d. Building was laid out to support possible future conversion to chlorine ton cylinder <br /> storage. <br /> e. Metering room was separated from tank room and mechanical and electrical rooms <br /> were separated. <br /> f. Compressed air system was added. <br /> g. Storage tanks were increased to 11,000 gallon and day tanks were deleted. <br /> h.
