This contract consists of ten pages <br /> and two attachments. An attachment to this agreement, ATTACHMENT I: SCOPE OF WORK, <br /> consists of a description of local project activities, certification of the project's useful life, and <br /> identification of estimated project costs and fund sources and is, by this reference, incorporated into <br /> this agreement as though set forth fully herein.
