The entreated wood has been exposed to the elements over a long period of <br /> dme and is showing signs of deterioration. Also, the bottom of the exterior wall to unit <br /> N2 is showing signs of deterioration due to moisture seeping into the exposed azea of <br /> ` `' the wall. The lack of decking and a guardrail around the balcony are extremely <br /> '���r$�'��� '� hazardous and may be considered dangerous pursuant ro the Uniform Housing Code. <br /> Building permits are required for the conswcdon being performed. <br /> The roof and gutters of the building are deteriorated and should be replaced within the <br /> next couple of years.
