<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that THE CITY OF EVERETT,
<br /> a Washington municipal corporation, whose address for purposes of this instrument is
<br /> 3200 Cedar Street, Everett, Washington, 98201-4516, Grantor, for Ten Dollars and
<br /> 00/100 ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration by the STATE OF
<br /> WASHINGTON, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, Grantee; and the
<br /> promises of the Grantee hereinafter specified, does hereby remise, release, convey and
<br /> quitclaim unto the Grantee, under the imminent threat of Grantee's exercise of its right of
