Recommendations and coordination of a new color palette of materials for replacement of <br /> existing interior finishes—to update the South Branch Library throughout. <br /> 2. New interior finish selections to include: carpet, paint colors for walls/ceilings, and plastic <br /> laminates for casework resurfacing. <br /> 3. Color study and recommendation for new exterior paint palette. <br /> 2. Basic Services <br /> Color Study: Estimated Hours—28 <br /> 1. Review building photos/plans and research new color combinations for designated areas to <br /> be painted—interior and exterior. <br /> 2. Provide (3) suggested paint color studies — for interior and exterior each, through <br /> "Photoshop"renderings. <br /> 3. Research carpets/select and order samples for Owner review. <br /> Finish Material Specification: Estimated Hours- 32 <br /> Coordinate approved finish materials into a balanced, cohesive color/finish palette to include: <br /> 1. Flooring—carpet <br /> 2. Countertops—plastic laminates <br /> 3. Walls, ceilings—paint <br /> Provide drawing mark-ups for finish application as necessary. <br /> Provide color board with final approved finishes for Owners record. <br /> Six(6)hours of meetings with Owner to review/coordinate,revise/approve selections <br /> 8 <br /> Page 10 of 12 <br />
