The purpose of this evaluation was to establish general s��r(ace ' <br /> � I..� and subsurface conditions at the site from which recommendations for foundation <br /> I ��� design and site improvements could be formulated. The scope of services consisted of '� <br /> a field exploration program, visual assessment of the site conditions, geotechnical <br /> ��1�� engineering analyses, and preparation of this report. We received your authorization to <br /> proceed with our proposed scope of work on 15 May 1990, and the field exploration <br /> work was performed on 22 May 1990. Our work has been performed in general <br /> ? �� . accordance with our proposal letter dated 4 April 199U. This letter report has been <br /> i prepared for the exclusive use of Everett School District, and their agents, for the specific <br /> • application to this project in accordance with generaily accepted geotechnical <br /> �r� engineering practice. <br /> PROJECT AND SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The project site is that of the existing Madison Eiementary School located at 616 Pecks <br /> Drive in Everett, Washington. Two additions are proposed for the planned expansion of <br /> the existing Emerson Eiementary School.
