HOUSING CODE INSPECTION REPORT <br /> FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY CF EVERETT, HOUSING INSPECTOR <br /> Dp�; gEpTEMBER 20, 1994 <br /> SUBJ: 914 PECKS DR., EVERETT, WA <br /> At the request of the tenant, an inspection of this house was conducted. <br /> The following is a list of some of the violadons noted during the inspecdon. These <br /> deficiencies may be sufficient to declare the house to be substandard pursuant to the <br /> Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Everett: <br /> 1, Ele�trical wiring in the house has been spliced and does not have the <br /> required "J" boxes. <br /> 2, Protective plates are missing on some of the electrical outlets. <br /> 3, Steps on the interior of the house are broken. <br /> q, The window next to the fireplace is missing glass. <br /> 5. The ceiling and roof of the enclosed back porch is rotted and leaks. <br /> (, The upstairs plumbing drains into the basement. <br /> 7.
