sueET DECLARATION OF NON-SIGNIL'ICANCL - TY 4;ETT, CVERETT. WASHINGTON V'1
Two 4-unit apartment ses - N. E. corner x Ur V
of Preeway Place.. andters Place;f':.-`_ : pa g D p'
w•rEt: • '
Our records indicate that the City has a 6" cast iron water main on Freeway Place '
with approximately 50 psi pressure to provide service to this location. The water
main was annexed into the City system and is supplied water from the Silver Lake
Water District through their inain on Peters Place.
Our records also indicate a fire hydrant at the intersection of Freeway Place and
Peters Place, this is'in the Silver Lake Water District. InFormation regarding
fire protection will have to be obtained from the Fire Departnient.
The construction of two 4-unit apartment houses should not have a significant impact
on the water system. The Water Department should have no objections to the proposal.
SEWERS:
Sanitary sewer service is available on Peters Place. The proposed development
should not have a significant impact on the sanitary sever system.
DRAINAGE: . •
This area drains south into the County and will not appreciably affect the Ci 's
drainage ystem. Since it may affect the County's drainage systems, tve need to get
the County's input before issuing a negative declaration. My understanding is that
the County would normally require storm vaEer detention on this type of development.
 -
. I!! , 1
• lI J
.
