InFormation regarding fire protection will have to be obtained from the Fire Departnient. The construction of two 4-unit apartment houses should not have a significant impact on the water system. The Water Department should have no objections to the proposal. SEWERS: � Sanitary sewer service is available on Peters Place. The proposed development should not have a significant impact on the sanitary se�ver system. DRAINAGE: . • This area drains south into the County and will not appreciably affect the Ci 's drainage �ystem. Since it may affect the County's drainage systems, tve need to get the County's input before issuing a negative declaration.
