We have enclosed herewith, a copy of our letter and Page <br /> 63-1 of the Treatment Facility Specifications. <br /> Paragraph 4, Page 63-1, allavs a supplier to furnish a notarized letter stating <br /> that the equipment furnished has been manufactured ln accordance with the <br /> National Electrical Code and OSHA requirements and that it has been accepted <br /> for use in the State of Washington, in lieu of an approved testing laboratory <br /> label. <br /> We have received Robicons notarized response letter which states that "Robicon <br /> builds their equipment to the National Electrical Code, NEMH and OSHA require- <br /> ments.
