The exterior sheathing that has been removed indicates that a possiUle problem of deterioration could exist in that area, The crawl apace off the basement area requires additional ventilation. I � 2. Plaster around the bathtub needs repair to seal off eame. Conaideration of ceramic tile in that area ia recomnended. �� 3. The windows in the eouth east bedroom are painted ehut. Same must be openable. , 4. A hnndrail on the interior atairs to the basement requires a handrail. 5.
