If you wish to prcvent the permit from <br /> expiring without documentation of wmpletion,you may: <br /> 1) Request fin�l inspection if che corrections have been completed, <br /> or 2) Submit a written request for a 180 day eatension. <br /> Pleue respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br /> Deparcment for microfilming without final approval.
